How much does an SDR assistant cost?
For AI software, one documented entry option is AiSDR Solo at US$250 per month, billed monthly, for one user and 200 researched contacts. That is a specific plan price, not a market-wide minimum or the cost of hiring a human assistant. Larger plans and quote-only agents buy different capacity and commitments.

| Plan example | Displayed monthly rate | Initial subscription commitment |
|---|---|---|
| Solo | US$250 | US$250, monthly billing |
| Explore | US$900 | US$2,700 over a quarterly contract; billed monthly in advance |
| Scale | US$2,500 | US$7,500 over a quarterly contract; billed monthly in advance |
Non-annual prices checked against AiSDR's official plans on 7 October 2026. Quarterly totals are rate × three, before optional services or other costs. Annual offers differ.
Price the work you need, not just the label
A seller assistant helps a person do the work; an outbound agent can research and execute outreach with oversight; a rep-operated dialer connects calls that a person conducts. Match the workflow first, then add setup, data, infrastructure and operator time. Do not count domains or mailboxes twice if your selected plan already includes them.
Where to start
Start with the job you need owned: outbound prospecting, inbound qualification, a rep task queue or research support. For outbound, compare the same audience, approval process and CRM handoff before choosing by monthly price. Use the sourced plan matrix, team-fit table and cost calculator below to narrow the shortlist; these are documented buying assessments, not tested performance rankings.

Compare AI SDR costs, CRM fit and human oversight
We applied the same buying questions to four outbound products: what you commit to, what capacity buys, how the CRM connects, and who approves outreach. This is an editorial comparison of public documentation, not a hands-on test or performance ranking. An unknown is a question for the demo, not proof that a feature is absent.

| Product and plan | Price, term and capacity | CRM and human controls |
|---|---|---|
| AiSDR Solo | US$250/month; monthly term. 200 researched contacts/month, one user, one domain and three mailboxes. | Two-way HubSpot sync. Automated replies or co-pilot mode listed. Demonstrate approval and suppression before launch. |
| AiSDR Explore | US$900/month; quarterly contract, billed monthly. 800 researched contacts/month; unlimited users. | HubSpot workflow. Compare research allowance and onboarding scope against Solo; confirm any required CRM writes. |
| AiSDR Scale | US$2,500/month; quarterly contract, billed monthly. 2,500 researched contacts/month; unlimited users. Managed service adds US$2,500/month. | Adds two-way Salesforce sync. Confirm which actions need review and how exceptions reach your team. |
| Agent Frank | US$499/month billed annually; FAQ also offers US$599/month billed quarterly. 1,000 active contacts; email infrastructure extra. | Co-Pilot requests review; Auto-Pilot delegates execution. A native two-way CRM connection was not established by the reviewed product page; ask for a demonstration. |
| 11x Alice Growth | US$3,750/month billed annually; 2,000 new prospects/month; up to five users. Pricing FAQ conflicts: US$36,000/year. | Bi-directional CRM sync listed; confirm your connector and fields. Approval gates were not established by the pricing sources. Demonstrate them before signing. |
| Artisan Ava Team | Custom quote; about 2,500 contacted leads/month. Minimum term needs confirmation. Dialer seats cost extra. | HubSpot/Salesforce sync. Campaign approval mode, targeting review and pause controls documented. Calling remains a human task. |
Do not compare these contact allowances as equivalent units. Monthly research, new prospects and concurrently active contacts measure different things. None is a guarantee of replies, meetings or revenue. Resolve 11x’s conflicting published amounts in a written quote.

Which AI SDR software fits your team?
These are starting points based on budget, staffing and documented workflow. Team size alone does not determine the right product. Require the CRM, review controls and capacity your actual pilot needs.
On small screens, scroll the table sideways.
| Your situation | Start the evaluation here | Rule it out when… |
|---|---|---|
| Founder or one seller, small HubSpot pilot | AiSDR Solo: monthly commitment and one-user scope. Compare manual work before increasing spend. | The research allowance, CRM behavior or channels cannot support the pilot. |
| Small team needing shared access | AiSDR Explore: check whether its pooled research allowance covers everyone. Compare with a scoped Agent Frank offer. | You require Salesforce on this AiSDR tier, or need materially more research capacity. |
| Team already operating the Forge stack | Agent Frank: evaluate Co-Pilot first if approval matters. Include sending infrastructure in the budget. | The demonstrated CRM handoff, infrastructure ownership or contract minimum fails your requirements. |
| Larger outbound program with Salesforce requirements | Compare AiSDR Scale, Alice and Ava proposals against the same audience and staffing plan. | The offer cannot demonstrate field mapping, suppression, escalation and a clear human owner. |
| Website demand rather than cold outreach | Evaluate an inbound SDR workflow such as Piper separately from these outbound offers. | The main job is outbound prospecting; website conversion alone does not solve that need. |
Not ready to buy? If targeting, messaging or follow-up ownership is still undefined, run that workflow manually first. Automating an unclear process makes the pilot harder to evaluate.
What the commitment means in dollars
Our arithmetic below separates subscription commitment from monthly headline pricing. USD, before taxes, extra usage, infrastructure and staff time. These are worked examples, not complete quotes or equivalent workflows.
On small screens, scroll the table sideways.
| Offer | Calculation | Subscription commitment |
|---|---|---|
| AiSDR Solo, monthly | US$250 × 1 month | US$250 for one monthly period |
| AiSDR Explore, quarterly | US$900 × 3 months | US$2,700 across the quarterly contract |
| AiSDR Scale, quarterly | US$2,500 × 3 months | US$7,500 across the quarter; monthly invoicing does not remove the quarterly term |
| Agent Frank, annual | US$499 × 12 months | US$5,988; infrastructure additional |
| Agent Frank, quarterly | US$599 × 3 months | US$1,797; infrastructure additional |
| 11x Alice Growth card | US$3,750 × 12 months | US$45,000 implied by the card, versus US$36,000 in its FAQ; unresolved |
| Artisan Ava | Written quote required | Cannot calculate a defensible minimum from the reviewed public plans |
Ask separately when cash is due, how renewal works, and whether cancelling stops renewal or ends the current commitment. Use the AI SDR cost calculator to add infrastructure, setup and human review to a monthly and first-year budget.
A five-part demo scorecard
Use the same sample records and objections with every vendor. Record each result as demonstrated, requires setup, or unconfirmed. These are our proposed purchase gates; we have not run these tests on the products above.
On small screens, scroll the table sideways.
| Purchase gate | Ask the vendor to show | Evidence to keep |
|---|---|---|
| CRM handoff | Update an existing contact, assign an owner and log a reply without creating a duplicate. | Objects, field mappings, sync direction, plan and required permissions. |
| Human approval | Hold an outbound draft, edit its claim, approve it and pause the campaign. | Which actions need approval, who can approve and what happens to queued messages. |
| Suppression | Exclude a customer, an open opportunity and an opted-out contact from the sample audience. | Where exclusions are maintained and how quickly a change stops future outreach. |
| Reply escalation | Present an ambiguous objection or an unsupported product question. | Whether the agent escalates, who receives it and what the prospect sees meanwhile. |
| Billing and exit | Price your full contact volume, channels and user count, then explain cancellation and export. | Minimum spend, renewal notice, extra services, record export and domain ownership. |
Our interpretation: choose the constraint first
A small monthly experiment, an established sales stack and a larger managed rollout are different purchases. Eliminate any option that cannot demonstrate your required CRM handoff or approval process. Then compare proposals for the same audience and workload. A cheaper entry subscription is not evidence of a cheaper working system.
For a pilot, record eligible contacts, positive replies, meetings held, sales-accepted opportunities and operator hours. Define “accepted” before launch. Compare total spend per accepted opportunity only when both trials use the same definition; report zero outcomes directly instead of inventing a cost-per-opportunity result.
Selection criteria
Responsibility
List each step from account selection to an attended meeting, with an owner for every step. Ask the vendor to demonstrate the parts it claims to automate.
Quality and evidence
Check research claims, reply accuracy, exclusions and qualification against your own standards. Vendor case studies are useful context, not a forecast for your business.
Cost of the complete process
Include data, domains, mailboxes, usage, implementation and human review. Compare cost per accepted opportunity once a pilot has produced enough useful observations.
Products to evaluate

Common buying questions
How much does an SDR assistant cost?
First separate a tool that assists a rep from an agent delegated to run outreach. In the sourced outbound examples, a small monthly AiSDR Solo pilot starts at US$250; other tiers or annual commitments buy different scope. This is not a market-wide price range. Add sending infrastructure, setup and staff review, and check the minimum contract before comparing budgets.
What is the best AI SDR software for a small team?
There is no tested universal winner here. Start with your required CRM, shared access, research volume and review process. A monthly one-user pilot and a pooled team plan solve different constraints. Use the team-fit table to choose a demo shortlist, then reject options that fail your required handoff or approval checks.
Is a parallel dialer an AI SDR?
A rep-operated dialer helps a human reach and speak to prospects. An autonomous voice agent conducts the conversation. Both may use AI, but their staffing and oversight requirements differ.
What should we measure?
Track valid contacts, qualified replies, meetings attended, accepted opportunities, total cost and manual work. Activity volume alone does not establish sales value.
