Artisan vs AiSDR

AiSDR's published Solo tier makes entry cost and capacity easier to assess. Artisan merits a closer look when approval-led campaigns and a rep dialer belong in the same evaluation. The deciding question is which package covers your team and workflow with the least extra work.

Check the limits before comparing price

Use AiSDR Solo as an entry-tier reference, not as a price for an entire sales team. Ask Artisan to quote equivalent contact and mailbox volumes, then add calling seats if required. Confirm support, setup responsibilities and commitment periods on both sides.

Decide who owns conversations

Artisan documents approval modes and human-operated calling. During both demos, test the boundary between automated follow-up and a human handoff: an ambiguous reply, a request to stop, a pricing question and an existing customer. Look for a clear owner and a usable audit trail.

Use CRM fit as a purchase gate

AiSDR Solo explicitly includes HubSpot; do not infer Salesforce inclusion from general platform messaging. Artisan lists both systems. A logo is not proof of the exact integration you need: verify object mapping, duplicates, activity history and exclusion lists before signing.

The practical decision

Choose based on your dominant workflow, CRM requirements, available human oversight and the channels your team can operate compliantly. Ask both vendors to run the same controlled pilot and compare qualified opportunities, meeting attendance and manual work required.
