Where to start
Start by evaluating HubSpot’s own Prospecting Agent against your requirements. Add another product when it covers a specific gap, such as calling, inbound conversations or richer external signals. A connector name is only the starting point: check its tier, direction and object-level behavior.
HubSpot integration: what is actually documented?
Start with the sales task. Outbound research, follow-up to an existing lead and a live inbound website conversation need different workflows. This shortlist covers native prospecting, connected outbound, rep calling and signal research. It does not establish that every product replaces an inbound chat agent.
Already using HubSpot? Read the native Prospecting Agent eligibility and credit-budget example before buying a separate outbound subscription. This profile was refreshed on 8 October 2026.

| Product and plan | Data and direction | Activity / exclusion handling | Confirm in your demo |
|---|---|---|---|
| HubSpot Prospecting Agent — native. Eligible paid Hub editions or Smart CRM Pro/Enterprise; Credits required. | Researches companies and contacts using CRM context. Works within HubSpot rather than through a separate sync connector. | Review play criteria, enrollment and outreach controls in your account. | Eligible subscription, permissions, credit charging and suppression for existing customers. |
| AiSDR — Solo includes HubSpot sync; Explore/Scale add CRM research and monitoring. | Two-way contact data; product page documents custom properties and company-list workflows. Verify tier for each workflow. | Sends, replies and bookings logged to the contact timeline; HubSpot suppression lists and unsubscribe handling documented. | Fields, owner rules and which activities sync on your chosen plan. |
| Artisan — HubSpot sync listed in Team; Scale adds CRM setup. | Bidirectional CRM sync documented. Detailed object-by-object coverage was not established in the reviewed source. | Exact activity mappings and HubSpot opt-out propagation not confirmed here. | Show contacts, companies, owners and a stop request in both systems. |
| Nooks — request a quote covering the dialer and required connection. | Native HubSpot connection; two-way calls and notes sync described. | Call logging is documented. Full object and suppression-field mapping is not confirmed here. | Call dispositions, duplicate contacts, ownership and do-not-call behaviour. |
| Common Room — HubSpot integration documented on all plans. | Bidirectional mapped data; contacts, companies and deals in inbound configuration. Company updates back to HubSpot require enablement. | HubSpot activity ingestion is by request, not on by default. Published sync schedules vary by direction. | Field overwrite policy, activity enablement, sync delay and exclusion rules before outreach handoff. |

A four-record acceptance check
Use a new prospect, an existing customer, a duplicate and an opted-out contact. Test research, enrollment, a reply and handoff. Check ownership and timeline updates, then confirm the excluded records remain excluded after a sync. Agree who investigates failures and which system wins when values conflict.
Selection criteria
Native versus connected
A native workflow uses HubSpot’s context directly. A connected product adds another place where ownership, exclusions and updates must remain consistent.
Sync depth
Test contacts, companies, activity history, owners, custom fields and opt-outs. Read-only access does not establish write-back.
Package and permissions
Confirm the subscription and permissions required on both sides, including credit consumption and any administrator setup.
Products to evaluate
Selected by documented workflow fit. This is not a tested performance ranking; placements are not sold.

Common buying questions
Does a HubSpot integration mean full two-way sync?
No. The connection may read records, write selected activities or require another automation layer. Verify each required data flow in the package you are buying.
Can I use Unify with HubSpot?
Unify publishes HubSpot connectivity, but Pro is described as read-only and Business as read-write. Select the tier around the required data flow; see its source-reviewed profile.
